Was very disappointed about every aspects of this establishment. We sat hibachi and every single person sitting at our tables orders were incorrect. When the hibachi chef was told everything he was cooking was wrong, he started shouting at the server and was so rude to her, tried to blame her, etc. Everyone at the table repeated the orders they were supposed to receive and he ignored. He was informed about a deathly shellfish allergy at the table and completely ignored it. He cooked all the meat together, used the same utensils, and the girl who had the allergy couldn't even eat her food because he simply wouldn't listen. They still had to pay for their entire meal even though her allergy was disregarded. We then ordered sushi and waited almost 45 minutes for it to come to the table. It was 1 roll of sushi. The fish in the sushi was rotten, we had to spit it out. They used some sort of white fish meat, which wasn't listed in the ingredients for that sushi roll. Luckily they took the rotten sushi roll off our bill and we sent it back. The restaurant itself is extremely loud. If you are looking for a quiet date night do not go here, usually screaming children and large families are filling the space.

Traveling to flagstaff, I chose this restaurant for dinner. There were few guests in winter. The teppanyaki performance was excellent, but the food was just OK and we didn't like it.

What's the point of making a reservation if you are still waiting 1 hour? This was the ABSOLUTE worst service I have ever experienced. Long wait times, incorrect orders, and the quality of food was very poor. Overall an extremely disappointing experience, I would not recommend visiting.

We came in with a large party and no reservation. They found a way to still seat us at a Teppan table. The food and sushi was very good. We tried their bagel roll and the jalapeno roll. Both delicious. Strawberry sake - amazing.

Delicious food! We got so lucky our party of 9 was able to sit habschi without a reservation on a Saturday night. It was so much fun. My kids loved the show!

I haven't been a fan of this restaurant since my friend and I were overserved here several years ago. We stopped in here for a drink and both ended up drinking so much we blacked out and don't remember how we got home (luckily it was safely in an Uber). I've eaten here a couple times since, and the food is usually fine, nothing spectacular for the price. But last night my friends and I had food delivered, and I started feeling sick a couple hours later. I was up all night with food poisoning. It's difficult to be certain about the source of these things, but I already don't trust this establishment. I considered just calling the restaurant to inform them, but after my initial horrible experience here I thought I would do my due diligence in informing the public of these things.

Terrible service. Our server did not check on us at all. We ordered the spring rolls and shrimp tempura udon bowl. Asked for ponzu (twice) and got soy. Both were bland and unappetizing. The noise level was loud. We will not be returning.

They offer an AYCE lunch and it has some decent options for rolls and appetizers. The sushi quality is ok, but it's nice to be able to try a variety of rolls for a cheap price. Service can be hit or miss, sometimes they get busy or distracted and can be hard to get a server.

Wonderful fresh rolls, miso soup and seaweed salad, wontons, chicken fried rice and potstickers! You won't be disappointed. Great prompt service, clean, and lots of seating! A great place to come with a crew! You will NOT be disappointed.

We have visited twice for their all you can eat sushi lunch. Its incredible! We had appetizers like miso soup, edamame, and tempura. From there you just request which ever sushi you want. It just keep coming until you say stop! The only rule is eat what you order... otherwise you pay for the wasted food. We'll be back and have shared our view of the restaurant with several folks!

Ordered sushi rolls, sesame chicken and seaweed salad. Salad not fresh, Sushi was bland and subpar, sesame chicken was thickly breaded covered in red sweet sauce and sprinkled with sesame. Not edible. Grocery store sushi and chicken are better than this! Ordered food for three and received one chopstick, a couple of soy packets. Sadly, crossing this place off our Flagstaff takeout list.

Service was prompt and polite, sushi was good and decent portion sized. It's a bit cheaper than other sushi bars in the area. It can get a bit loud when the hibachi chef comes out to cook but it's also part of the performance.
