Excellent and great service
Enjoyable evening having a habachi style dinner eleven in party and we were well served. Only down side is parking is horrendous.
Teppan Fuji gave a great demo for our girls night! The chef was funny and the food was delicious! I highly recommend them!

TeppanFuji Restaurant is a popular spot in Flagstaff, known for its unique teppanyaki performance and a variety of dishes to suit different tastes. The atmosphere is fun, especially with the hibachi flames, making it a great place for celebrations like New Year's Eve. While the food quality can be hit or miss, the all-you-can-eat lunch is a fantastic value, featuring fresh rolls, miso soup, and other options. However, some guests have noted that the nigiri can have too much rice, which may overshadow the flavor. Despite this, the overall food is good, and the service is attentive and friendly. The teppan tables offer an interactive dining experience, and the restaurant is easy to access for those with wheelchairs. Customers enjoy the delicious menu at any time, and the sake selection is impressive. For a great experience, try their bagel roll, jalapeno roll, and strawberry sake.
