Elegant, understated atmosphere. Excellent service by well informed, helpful staff. Extensive wine list and creative drinks menu. Seasonal food menus available on their website. The ones posted on line in maps regrettably are out of date. Creative dishes with small plates, medium plates and entrees to mix and match. On this trip the pork belly was exceptional as was the Iberico ham. Mussels dish also a standout.
Stopped in for dinner Josie was our server. She was absolutely delightful. She helped us pick out a variety of dishes to try. I highly recommend the aubergine frites. Everything we ate was amazing. Scallops and Elk were both cooked to perfection. I can not recommend enough! Complements to the chef!
I would like to thank the Tinderbox for an outstanding evening of Dinner and Drinks this past weekend. It has been several years since we have been there and it was Awesome! The service from Barbara was amazing and the food was outstanding! A great evening with some good friends always pair with a great dining experience! Thanks Tinderbox and Barbara!
