VERY pleasantly surprised with Tinderbox.. The quality of the ingredients is undeniable; flavorful with a lovely presentation. And moreover our server Monet was an absolute delight. I'm sorry that I live on the east coast and can't return sooner!
We got the $100 chef special and man was it ever worth, some flavours and ingredients I have never had before, more than generous portions.
