“I expect service with a smile, and this place falls short. I've seen reviews asking customers not to be rude because the staff is hardworking, but in my experience, they are responding to how they are treated. This is their career choice, and hard work doesn’t excuse the lack of professional rapport. When picking up carryout, I’m greeted with a curt “thirteen dollars” instead of a welcome. The food is solid—4 stars—but the unwelcoming atmosphere and service both earn 3 stars. I keep returning because options are limited in this new community, but I’d welcome competition. A professional greeting and a smile would go a long way.”

“I don’t recommend it anymore. The waitress was rude, the service was bad and it just isn’t the same place it used to be. I keep trying and trying but after tonight with how awful the waitress’s attitude was, I won’t spend another dime here.”

“My 2nd time here in florence and ordering from AandM pizza and it is delicious. They deliver also that's even better. We came from arizona city just to get their food and stay at the green tree inn. Taste like real homemade Italian food!!”

She helped me with suggestions and the burrito was probably the best burrito. I've ever had.We'll probably order it that way again. Thank you. You two we're awesome.”
