Everything about Sipps is fantastic! The owners are wonderful and every time I have group outings there, the staff and owners always go above and beyond! The coffee and teas are outstanding and always fresh! Have been there numerous times and will continue to be a patron there. Great people, service, food, and a wonderful asset to the town and residents of Fountain Hills!
