Arby's in Gilbert

“I always choose this location to go to when I get Arby's. They are friendly, quick, and never had a problem with my order. Unfortunately, Tonight I tried something new. I asked for a list of ingredients on the new menu item. The person taking the order listed all of the ingredients on it. I asked for no lettuce, no tomatoes, and no onions. She repeated it back and everything else was great! The line moved fast? Friendly service and all. Then when I got to my destination, I opened up my sandwich to find lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. I understand I am picky, but I dont think k its out of line to ask to leave aome things off that I dont like. Disappointed I dont get to try the new sandwich, I understand people make mistakes but definitely should have read the order when they made my food.“

“I’ve always thought Arby’s doesn’t get the credit it deserves. The prices are a bit higher for fast food, but the quality totally makes up for it. On this visit, I had the crispy fish sandwich with curly fries, and everything was fresh, tasty, and way better than the usual fast food options.“

“The restaurant was clean and inviting at 8 o’clock on a Thursday morning. Managers were visible, talking to guests and servers were attentive and explaining the menu to guests. our breakfast were served accurately, even with special instructions and very quickly.. this was our first time to this location and we will definitely go back.“
