Arby's in Phoenix

“Friendly staff, accommodating, great food. Curly fry's were stale so they remade fresh and even let us switch to regular instead of curly fries. The restaurant is clean and the condiments are we'll stocked. Food was ready super quick and besides the fry's, was hot and tasty.“

“Absolutely amazing food, the food came out in less than 3 minutes and when my brother asked for no whipped cream and one of the workers put whipped cream on his shake, the MANAGER came out and removed it with a spoon 😭 5 stars will always come here.“

“The Beef & Cheddar is my favorite choice, despite the fact that it’s taken Arby’s my entire life to figure out the sauce ratio (still hasn’t happened).
The sandwich today tasted fine, but I must ask what logic Arby’s used when preparing and packaging this order?
In a world of shipment delays and raised costs, is a side of horsey sauce really worth 8 plastic ramekins with one half splooge of sauce in each? Once I combined them, I had 1.5 full containers, which seems excessive for 1 sandwich, but thankfully, I’ll use it on something else.
My true underlying issue is with the small amount of cheese that is offered with the order. Given we can adjust costs with plastic packaging, would you mind adding one more freaking squeeze of cheese to the darn sandwich? Reach out to your business peeps, I don’t need the manager of the store chiming in on this one telling me manager things. Just take it as a suggestion.“

“Stopped by yesterday and my food was fresh and hot everything was perfect staff was amazing. this Arbys has a wonderful team I always try to stop by this location because I never have any issues at this location the two managers are always great and the staff as well 100% recommend coming to this store. Plus we loved the decorations 🎃“

My husband & I visited last night and had a decent experience, however, we came tonight again and had a fantastic experience! The man taking our order must have been a manager because the service was outstanding & he was beyond kind to us. He was friendly & the food ordered was made promptly & even organized in its box so perfectly. The food still felt fresh when we got home. Give the man a raise!“
