“I really appreciate the manager. There were some issues with processing my order which wasn't a big deal, and the manager took care of my lunch. You don't see customer service like that anymore. I really appreciate it and will be back.“

“Went in yesterday 3/11/2026 in the evening. The lady working the drive through was so helpful. Usually people are not friendly when ordering drive through (all places). This lady took her time and gave suggestions. I now have new favorite sandwiches. My receipt said her name was Anna. I wish ever drive through employee was like her. Friendly, kind, and patient.“
“I stopped by this Arby’s location today, and I just want to recognize the three employees working during my visit. Unfortunately, their AC has been out for over two weeks, and the conditions inside were honestly pretty rough.
Despite that, these guys were incredibly professional, friendly, and kept a great attitude the entire time. You would never guess how uncomfortable it must be to work like that based on how well they treated customers.
They absolutely deserve recognition for pushing through those conditions and still delivering great service. Management really needs to take care of the AC situation, because employees like this shouldn’t have to work in that kind of environment.
