HORRIBLE!!!! Yesterday 9/20 was my sons birthday I ordered the football cake and when I went to go pick it up the ball was not brown it was PINK!! I told the employee I did not like it and she replied that the football was that color which I told her it’s not. AWFUL experience today at Gilbert & Baseline location!!! Treated my daughter to ice cream after her orthodontist appointment. The server, Sarah, told us if we bought 2 scoops we’d get a free waffle cone. My daughter got hers but when I ordered mine, she said they were “out” of cones. She put my ice cream in a plain cone but it looked like it would topple over so I asked her to also give me a cup. She wanted to charge 60¢ more-just for a cup!!
