How do you run out of chicken. Call me to tell me when I'm 2 minutes out. Despite the order being placed in advance. And then you can't even refund me my money for the chicken you can't supply. And then make me call corporate to tell me they don't have an option to refund the money. You guys are a flat out joke and I'm done with KFC forever.

KFC is a restaurant that serves hot and fresh food, with friendly and polite staff. The place is very clean and the KFC bucket table looks nice with nice photos on the walls. Many good deals are on the app. The chicken tenders are very moist, tender, and not too salty. However, some customers have experienced delays and mistakes in their orders. The restroom had a terrible smell and the chicken seems more bland. Overall, KFC is a decent option for a quick meal, but accuracy in orders is an issue.
