Multiple times I have been to this restaurant and the machine for the Horchata is not working correctly. The Horchata is not continually being mixed and the taste is nasty. For this reason I do not order drinks anymore at the restaurant.
It doesn't get better then this location! The food is the best the staff is the best and the management is the best! If I had to eat at only one reastraunt for the rest of my life it would absolutely be Cafe Rio!

Staff are friendly and frequently bilingual. Lemonades are tasty. Their sweet pork barbacoa is too die for. I recommend the burrito w/ sweet pork, enchilada style w red sauce & pico+lettuce on side. Nachos w/ pollo asada, lettuce, sour cream are also great.
Never been disappointed in the dozens...
