Cafe Zupas offers a welcoming experience with a menu full of options. Guests can enjoy the Mediterranean bowl, which comes with toppings already selected but can still be customized by adding or removing ingredients. The bowl is built generously from start to finish, and Zupas gives you a dinner roll and chocolate dipped strawberry that are so fresh and compliment the bowl so well. The ingredients are super fresh, and you can also try their soups and combine soups, like the chicken chili and Wisconsin. The hot honey brisket was a fantastic recommendation, and the food is always seasoned and fresh. The staff is on point, warmly greeting guests and making sure the place is clean, stocked, and that customers are happy. One guest accidentally went through the drive thru not realizing it was only for mobile orders only, and instead of feeling embarrassed, was treated with kindness, had their order ensured accurate, and even got an upgraded drink at no extra cost. Cafe Zupas is a place guests will be visiting very often.

They have kind people working here! Amazing staff!

Been sleeping on Cafe Zuppas for months now and because of my bestie I finally got to check it out. After being warmly greeted by the staff I decided to get the Mediterranean bowl. I like that despite that the bowl has toppings already selected you can still add or remove ingredients. I removed the edamamae and added onions and was able to add multigrain rice.
