Chipotle Mexican Grill in Gilbert

“I showed up on a Sunday afternoon for a pick up order and these poor people were slammed with what seemed like a whole field trip of kids and all their parents. I was a little early and expected it to take a long time because of how busy they were, but the kid at the register acknowledged me and asked if I was there for a pick up. When I said yes, he let the team know and they somehow got my order out 4 minutes early in the midst of all the craziness. They all remained kind and professional and you could tell they were working hard. The food was good too! Kudos to them!“

“Chipotle is one of the few chains that consistently delivers. You are more likely to receive the same quality and taste every time, you are less likely to get inferior quality or worse, a stomach ache. I opt for bowls and I pick and choose extras depending on their freshness. Most of the time I leave satisfied. I also like how fast the service is 90 percent of the time. Compared to what's out there these days Chipotle is a relatively clean, tasty and trustworthy spot.“

“Consistently one of the better chipotle locations. They give good portions and the staff are very nice. I’m bummed that the steak seems to always be extremely fatty and low quality but that seems like a chipotle issue, not a location specific issue.“

“So it was kind of good. I think japoltlay is all right. If they could do anything better, it would be to mquesadij lays. Because they don't have any quesadillas in the whole restaurant unless you are a little kid. Otherwise, it was a great experience. And I'll probably go here again if I get a gift card. Because gift card is free money.“

“Food was really good. Sometimes I go to Chipotle and they are cheap with the meat. And other Chipotle's they actually give u a real burrito. This location was actually good . I don't get rice and beans so sometimes my burrito looks non existent. But this place was very good. Servers were exceptional the rest was avg or a little above avg. Still recommend.“
