“As a huge Chipotle fan and supporter, I was surprised to see a low rating for this particular chain. When we went in, we were greeted by a very friendly staff and got to meet the new manager Cynthia. From the time we started our order to the moment we got our food, Service was exceptional.
As a law-enforcement officer ( I was not dressed in my uniform, so they did not know) the front desk staff and the manager were accommodating to my multiple requests, changed and then honored my discount (once verified) no matter how long the process took. I was extremely grateful. The service was matched by the efficiency of receiving the order and taste of the food which both were outstanding.
The only thing I may suggest that needed a little improvement was the cleanliness of the bathroom, but it was not awful. Give Cynthia and the team at this location a chance, because the food and service were great!“
“It was a zoo! We went when they had a BOGO deal and the line was wrapped around the inside of the building. Took probably 5 minutes to get a parking spot and 20 minutes to get to order. but you could tell the workers were trying their best and they LOADED our bowls so it was worth the wait. New Chimichurri sauce tasted really good but a bit too oily. Queso Dip is always so addicting. Hopefully they serve same size portions when it’s not as busy.“
“UPDATE (9/13/25): Still has great food, but the prices are so high now.
Great food. I did visit one time and they forgot a side. I had to drive back to get it. When I got home it was bad. However, I called and one of the managers made things right. So overall they're a good restaurant to go to. They should have made it right the first time I had to go back, but no biggie.“

This is the only Chipotle that gets portions right. Sometimes the meat isn't done enough and sometimes the rice is undercooked.
Overall good experience. Especially considering the lack of portion supervision.“
“Chipotle Grill never disappoints with costumer service and everything else! I always order the burrito bowl with chips, and it’s consistently fresh, flavorful, and delicious. The portions are generous, the ingredients taste super fresh, and the chips are always perfectly crisp, price is always a deal but if you order stake instead of chicken it's gonna cost you a lot more. Definitely one of my go-to spots for a quick and satisfying meal!“
