Commons Coffeehouse & Cafe is a welcoming space with a great atmosphere and friendly staff. They use local ingredients in their delicious food and coffee. The dining area is open and pretty, perfect for studying or working. Prices are reasonable, like the $3 iced americano. The interior is roomy and sunny, yet its temperature is cool and comfortable. Plenty of options for sitting down with your laptop, from tables and chairs, to wide cushy chairs, to barstools with a laptop bar. The building is large, bright, and open, letting in tons of natural light through the garage door style windows. The staff are friendly and welcoming, even checking on customers throughout their stay. The menu offers a delicious chicken pesto sandwich, as well as a savory Italian ciabatta panini, burgers, and quesadillas made with Boar's Head meats and Noble bread. Highly recommended for anyone in the Elliot and Mesa Dr. area looking for a new favorite spot for coffee, food, and a peaceful atmosphere.
