Dairy Queen in Gilbert

“The employees were super friendly and all had a smile on their faces. I showed up late to meet family and grabbed a blizzard. I had a couple minutes wait time for my order and was able to join them. The seating inside is smaller and limited. I think I recall seeing some outside seating but it was cold when I visited.

Prices have definitely gone up. $6.29 for a small blizzard is expensive!! They did have a 10% military discount.

Parking: The parking lot is smaller and is shared with other businesses. I visited late one evening and was able to find parking. The parking lot is rather odd for design.

Kid-friendliness: Yes. Perfect for kids. And people of all ages.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.“

“This is the only Dairy Queen in Mesa Tempe Chandler or Gilbert that has good customer service, the rest are a joke, they refuse to accommodate anything, lose food, are loud obnoxious and or lazy
This Dairy Queen is run professionally and responsibly and staff actually do their jobs properly, it's just unfortunate I have to drive so far to go to this one, passing multiple lower quality locations to get there
The food is always hot and fresh, and tastes delicious“

“I come here often in my opinion this is the best Dairy Queen in Gilbert my food is always made fresh and the young lady that works the drive thru window is always so kind and sweet and very professional each time I wish I got her name she worked the window tonight and her service is legitimately amazing and trigger me to leave this review she totally made my day today just by being kind but she’s always on it I love coming when she’s working she definitely deserves a raise and should be recognized!!! Kindness goes a long way!“

“We showed up right before close on our way home tonight and the team working was still so friendly and upbeat! We loved how much it seemed like they all enjoyed working together and they made it a great experience. My husband is also very picky on how well his blizzard is blended and made the comment that it was the best blended blizzard he’s had in years. We appreciated this team very much and will be back!“
