“Valerie L was our server and was very friendly. We came in and she took care of us very quickly. There was 4 of us and we all ordered hamburgers and shakes and the burgers were very good. The best I have had in a long time. The shakes were good too! Valerie was very attentive to us the entire time. We never had to worry about needing something. Thanks for the great service and great food!“

“A friend of ours told us to try Denny's on Power Rd when we were in town. So we did and we're glad we did. Love the variety on the menu. Service is great. Got to know Julie pretty good. But when we don't get Julie, Tracy, Maria and Tina are great too. I always ask them for their names.“

“I have been going to chases diner since I was a kid and I'm not going to lie I didn't really understand what the hype was about when I was younger, me as a child "it looks old must be for old people" "only old people come here!" "the only thing that have that I know is spaghetti and meatballs ughhh I refuse to try something new I am hungry" now as I am an adult and actually opened up to trying new stuff, BREAKFAST! that's all I have to say I will pay $20 for breakfast including add ons because it's that amazing! as my taste buds opened up I wish I tried a lot sooner. let's see. green chili skillet is my absolute favorite! every single bite is amazing. chases diner is ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ to me and that's all that matters! keep up the amazing work! I hope you guys never go corporate, never go out of business! love family owned!“

“I will said this location make us feel like home from the beginning we walk to the door everyone greet us make us feel important. Not to said the food was fantastic tasty and delicious to die for it . It didn't took long took cook . I will said the servers mentally had changed their fucus on hospitality not just server food and bye have a nice day liked other location.i do have one closed to my house but is horrible the service and food is not the same I really loved this location I will recommend this place to everyone to try it and see for your self I also read some of the reviews I will same I will said is not reflected what the comments said the servers look happy and enjoyable to be working in this location particularly.. thanks to everyone in this location to my server Nathan and Alexis good job..“

“From the moment we were seated, the service at Black Bear Diner in Gilbert exceeded expectations; and that was largely thanks to our server, Chase (Aiden). Despite managing a full section, he never made us feel rushed or overlooked. Quite the opposite—he took the time to make us feel genuinely welcome and at home. Chase was not only attentive but also clearly knowledgeable about the menu and options. He carried himself with a confidence that showed he takes pride in his work and truly cares about each guest’s experience. Watching him interact with other tables, it was obvious we weren’t the only ones who appreciated his excellent service—everyone seemed to enjoy his energy. As for the food: no complaints whatsoever. Both of our meals were hot, fresh, and delicious. Great portions, great flavors, and served exactly as ordered. All around, it was a great experience. If you’re heading to this location, I highly recommend asking for Chase, he’s a standout and made our visit even better.“
