mehhhh.... Food was not terrible, nor was it worth what they charge for 3 tenders--def. NOT worth $8 & the small bag of about 8 or 9 chips with a drink, also not worth the $3 add on for combo. Cashier was pleasant and friendly, dining area typical fast food--mediocre at best

Made our usual online order at store 3578 on Gilbert Rd. Stood at counter for almost 5 mins before some one helped me. Order was ready. He hands me the order. I ask, is everything here, salsas, guacamole, etc. He says yes and walks away. When I return home, which is 15 mins each way, no guacamole with the chips and salsas incorrect. So, I drive back with receipt in hand. Tell him what was missing. He says Oh, I can get you the guacamole. No apology or sorry about that....

I’ve been to a bunch of different locations. This location is one of the best they have. Excellent customer service.🫶🏾 and of course people sleep on El Pollo Loco. They have amazing food.
