Firebirds is just a very comfortable restaurant. The atmosphere is upscale without being pretentious or stuffy. The food is excellent and the wait staff are polite, attentive and friendly.

I have been to many Firebirds and this is not a place that causes a call to review.
However! The Firebirds in Gilbert, Arizona is beyond par. This is an example of above and beyond service. We had no reservation but it was a special occasion, and they sat us so quickly and provided excellent service. That being said, the food was also SO good! There were a few minimal issues like slightly burnt edges, but seriously - this is a 10 out of 10 for the food price...

We had a delightful time and a wonderful meal. The food was delicious and the service was spectacular. Courtney was attentive and made great food recommendations when asked. Chris, the Floor Manager, came to our table so we could share our experience with him and he was welcoming and friendly. We will definitely be back!
