Today me and my sister went to Panera and we were feeling at our lowest with our mom in the ICU and going through a family crisis. Kylie was the one who had served us and with her kind words she completely lifted us and changed our day 100% and the service of course great as always in the food and the drinks everything amazing but really shout out to Kylie over there because you know you could’ve pretty much saved the life today and thank you and bless you
