As someone who started my vegan journey 3 years ago in Gilbert, finding good authentic vegan food was tough! There's not many good options on the east side of the valley unless you're into very over processed fake vegan food! Green Lotus is one of the BEST places to get food as. Food was ok. There was no one when we went to the restaurant besides us since it was a weekday lunch perhaps. The place could be updated a bit .. looks drab and the upholstery definitely needs to be cleaned or updated. Service was efficient

The food is great but I recommend getting it to go. The employees always seem irritated your dining in and the service sucks. They are straight up rude. But the food is very good. Best vegan curry I've found since living in L.A. also the fried rice is delish and the spring rolls.
