La Taza is a super hip and cute cafe nestled in the heart of the Santan Mall in Gilbert, offering a really nice vibe and a welcoming atmosphere. The shop uses specialty beans from a local roaster, and the baristas, with skills that surpass the competition, make excellent coffee. The menu features delicious and smooth coffee, including perfect cappuccinos, great drip or espresso, and new combinations like rose, lavender, or Mexican chocolate lattes. The exceptional Horchata Latte and Matcha latte are also highlights. It is a cozy spot with a few tables, perfect to enjoy after a meal or a movie, and is part of a hallway of individually run businesses. The customer service is always great and on point.
