I have been going to Luca’s Bistro multiple times a day for the last week. The service is subpar but the hot dog keeps bringing me back.Today I thought I would try something different. I ordered the soup of the day which was a “green bean, banana, carrot and apple” soup (?). It was served “very very hot” on plate which made it impossible to eat.
