We recently dined at Mr. Thai Bistro, a charming family-owned Thai restaurant, and it was an exceptional experience. The warmth and hospitality from the staff made us feel welcomed from the moment we walked in. The menu features a delightful array of traditional Thai dishes, each prepared with fresh ingredients and rich, authentic flavors. The Pad Thai was perfectly balanced with a hint of sweetness, and the Red Curry (they substituted fried tofu for chicken to make it vegan)...

Just ate here with friends last night, at their recommendation, and the food was so good, I didn't even get to snap a photo! We had the pad Thai, drunken noodles, crispy chicken curry, and basil fried rice. All of it tasted amazing! The restaurant was courteous, and hospitable, making sure our waters were filled even after our meal, while we chatted and caught up with our friends. I will certainly be back for more in the near future! Seconding our friends' recommendation...

Best Thai in Gilbert and favorite Pad Thai since Phuket.
Wonderful family that owns it too.
Get the Basil Chicken!! So good.

We have good Thai 1 minute away but drive 15 minutes for this place.
