“First let me say that this place has THE BEST MANAGER I've come across in all my years in the valley. Ken is a consummate professional who treats his customers like they actually matter and goes way past above and beyond to make your experience excellent.

We ordered catering (that's why there's no atmosphere rating), and he provided nearly white-gloved service that felt bespoke and personal. Absolutely everything we asked for came out perfectly, and the whole experience came off not only without a hitch but very successfully. I'm still getting texts about how great it all was. And in great, great measure, it all was due to Ken and his professionalism.“

“We have gotten Thai Chili 2go before but at a different location. I didn't even realize this location was so close to my work. Let me tell you: this place does NOT skimp on anything. “Theyve got a very busy counter. You can get car insurance quotes, lollipops, support your local soccer team, find an accident attorney and oh yes order food. Good quick asian food we've been to numerous times. Sushi was decent but it's not a sushi restaurant. Portions are generous. Staff is nice“

“If you are craving immensely flavorful spicy hot ramen, look no further than DARUMA Sushi/Roll/Noodle. This is by far one of the best spicy ramens we have had in town. The broths are so rich and hearty, the spiciness adds to the flavor experience and doesn't burn a hole through your stomach, the meats melt in your mouth, and the noodles are the right texture and density, everything about the ramen experience is flawless.

The crispy rice with spicy tuna and the fire rolls were wonderful compliments to our meal, but the real standout offering here is the ramen for sure. The green tea was expertly prepared and had an authentic flavor, no tea bags here, they used actual green tea powder.

The service was extremely quick and all of our servers were so very friendly. Our ramen actually came out before our appetizers, which is not a complaint at all especially since the ramen is the star of the show.

If you are craving ramen of any kind, especially spicy ramen, this is definitely the place you need to come to so that you fully satisfy that craving. We had a fabulous experience here and we will definitely be back for more as this is now our favorite ramen spot in the greater Phoenix area.“

“All I know is the Szechwan spicy beef noodles make me ascend to heaven. They are the best thing I’ve ever tasted and large portion for 13 dollars!! I feel like I’m running out of the place robbing them with how much food I get. And again it is amazing. The beef is tender and melt in your mouth and the flavor heat is perfect without being too much. Love it so much and we live a few minutes away so I can send my husband to get it.“

“First time here… I will always recommend someone because my experience may not be theirs. My experience, however, is that the flavor was amiss. I ordered chines sausage fried rice and spicy dumplings. On the flip side of that, the food was fresh, the vegetables were fresh, the establishment was serene and clean, and the people were nice. I will give it another shot with a different dish before I completely count it out.“

We waited outside cause it was a little warm inside. The food came out pretty fast and tasted really fresh. “Great service greeted when i walked in made me feel welcomed right away which i love since im mixed im Mexican,native America, and Spanish, english and german i love my food but asian good is my second favorite you guys made a great meal thanks to the chef and also the employees who came to table and gave me my dinner i appreciate the service the two woman are awesome i came in at 6pm today and i have a location in maricopa ive never been to any others now i have and ill be back thanks again great job and great food and tea 😁“

“Saw this place after Raina the competitive eater posted about it. Ive now been here 2x now (photo per time), once with my sister and once with my boyfriend and both times were great. The dumplings and little yogurt drinks are a staple for me. The secret little dessert menu they have is so good looking but ive never got to try it. Sushi was decent. Only thing was their chili oil is like 3x stronger than regular chili oil so beware if you try it do way less than normal. But this is such a nice place 10/10 reccommend.“

“It’s been a long time since I’ve found a restaurant I’d definitely come back to.

First, the portions are incredibly generous- you definitely get great value for your money.

But what impressed me even more was the flavor. Too many restaurants rely on overly salty or heavy seasoning, and that’s often what leaves me feeling tired after eating out. Here, the food is well-balanced and tastes like a genuine home-cooked asian meal. It’s comforting, satisfying, and never overwhelming.

A new location recently opened close to our home, which is fantastic. I sincerely hope they continue to maintain this quality and consistency because we’ll definitely be coming back often.

It was fast (ready earlier than estimated), staff was super friendly, and the food was fantastic. I had panang curry with chicken, gluten free, hot. I love and eat Thai regularly, all over the US. They knocked it out of the park!“

She prepared the food by herself, managed the front counter, AND stayed upbeat and positive.Another customer told me her name is AMBER. Well Amber....you are AMAZING in how you handled an obviously difficult situation with grace and manners. All of us customers in the lobby were happy to wait because she was trying so hard.I am sending my son and daughter down here to apply for a position. I hope they can learn her customer service skills and how to hustle.Corporate office/franchise person...BIG KUDOS for Amber, I had a larger online order and I hope you're proud of her and appreciate her well. “I had the Korean chicken curry here and it was so delicious. It came with a cup of soup and a small container of kimchi daikon. Thankfully, the white rice wasn't mushy. Their presentation is pretty fancy for a food court. I don't know if I'll be back despite it being tasty. For $17 in a food court I expected more side dishes than two slices of daikon.“

“Got Uber eats from Silverlake Ramen today. It came quickly and neatly packaged, which I loved, however, portion of soup 🍜 was much smaller than it is on location, liquid barely filled the bowl it was brought in , Leaving clients with the impression that unless we go in person to Silverlake Ramen, (Which is a cool location in general ) should probably just skip it :( -“
