“First let me say that this place has THE BEST MANAGER I've come across in all my years in the valley. Ken is a consummate professional who treats his customers like they actually matter and goes way past above and beyond to make your experience excellent.

We ordered catering (that's why there's no atmosphere rating), and he provided nearly white-gloved service that felt bespoke and personal. Absolutely everything we asked for came out perfectly, and the whole experience came off not only without a hitch but very successfully. I'm still getting texts about how great it all was. And in great, great measure, it all was due to Ken and his professionalism.“

“We have gotten Thai Chili 2go before but at a different location. I didn't even realize this location was so close to my work. Let me tell you: this place does NOT skimp on anything. Containers actually filled all the way to the top, everything that was supposed to be crispy as definitely crispy and the spice level was exact!
I will never order from the other location again. This one in Gilbert (Higley and Chandler HTS) is hands down the best!“

“The food and service at this restaurant was very good. We had the handmade dumplings and soup dumplings along with Kung Pao Chicken. All of the entrees were very tasty, well prepared and seasoned to perfection. The staff was attentive and pleasant, making sure we were taken care of. We will definitely go back to this place as often as we can.“

“First time here… I will always recommend someone because my experience may not be theirs. My experience, however, is that the flavor was amiss. I ordered chines sausage fried rice and spicy dumplings. On the flip side of that, the food was fresh, the vegetables were fresh, the establishment was serene and clean, and the people were nice. I will give it another shot with a different dish before I completely count it out.“

“First time trying this place and it is awesome! Price felt pretty reasonable. The man working the front was super nice and brought the food out to us. We waited outside cause it was a little warm inside. The food came out pretty fast and tasted really fresh. The fried shrimp appetizer was still super crunchy even after we got home and the Pad Thai was super delicious 🤤

“Saw this place after Raina the competitive eater posted about it. Ive now been here 2x now (photo per time), once with my sister and once with my boyfriend and both times were great. The dumplings and little yogurt drinks are a staple for me. The secret little dessert menu they have is so good looking but ive never got to try it. Sushi was decent. Only thing was their chili oil is like 3x stronger than regular chili oil so beware if you try it do way less than normal. But this is such a nice place 10/10 reccommend.“

“It’s been a long time since I’ve found a restaurant I’d definitely come back to.

First, the portions are incredibly generous- you definitely get great value for your money.

But what impressed me even more was the flavor. Too many restaurants rely on overly salty or heavy seasoning, and that’s often what leaves me feeling tired after eating out. Here, the food is well-balanced and tastes like a genuine home-cooked asian meal. It’s comforting, satisfying, and never overwhelming.

A new location recently opened close to our home, which is fantastic. I sincerely hope they continue to maintain this quality and consistency because we’ll definitely be coming back often.

“I ordered online for takeout from Chada Thai, and was so impressed. The restaurant itself is cute and casual. It was fast (ready earlier than estimated), staff was super friendly, and the food was fantastic. I had panang curry with chicken, gluten free, hot. I love and eat Thai regularly, all over the US. They knocked it out of the park!“

“Placed online order. Arrived and only ONE employee working. She cheerfully explained that a cook walked out and she'd have my order ready asap. Two other people also waiting. She prepared the food by herself, managed the front counter, AND stayed upbeat and positive.Another customer told me her name is AMBER. Well Amber....you are AMAZING in how you handled an obviously difficult situation with grace and manners. All of us customers in the lobby were happy to wait because she was trying so hard.I am sending my son and daughter down here to apply for a position. I hope they can learn her customer service skills and how to hustle.Corporate office/franchise person...BIG KUDOS for Amber, I had a larger online order and I hope you're proud of her and appreciate her well. “I had the Korean chicken curry here and it was so delicious. It came with a cup of soup and a small container of kimchi daikon. Thankfully, the white rice wasn't mushy. Their presentation is pretty fancy for a food court. I don't know if I'll be back despite it being tasty. For $17 in a food court I expected more side dishes than two slices of daikon.“
