“I’ve never left a Google review before, but I had to create a Gmail account just to shout out this employee. We were helped by Xen at Panda Express, and he gave us such an amazing experience.
Before I even placed my order, Xen let me know what was and wasn’t available on the menu. He had such a positive, wholesome energy — something you rarely see, especially late at night. Most workers are understandably tired after a long shift, but Xen was upbeat, respectful, patient, and made us feel genuinely welcome.
As a first-time customer at Panda Express, I’ll definitely be coming back to this location especially. I just wanted to give recognition to Xen for his outstanding customer service. He’s a great representation of what good hospitality looks like. God bless him!
Also, if you're wondering about the food quality — it was a 10/10. The rice was hot, the chicken was perfectly cooked (nothing overcooked or undercooked), and everything tasted fresh. Great location all around!“
“It's one of the only ones anywhere close to where I live so it's convenient to get to. Employees are nice and the cashier even told me about a coupon in their app that if I downloaded it I would save like $10. Food was nice and hot and delicious. Keep up the good work Panda Express!!“
“I grabbed the family meal on my way home for Dinner !! Being a single Dad that has to be up at 1am. Thiers not a ton of cooking time so I grab the family meal some times.. I have never bought it at this location.. They were amazing!! They asked everything. How many plates how much Plastic silverware what kinda sauce! The one on power and baseline never ask that and most of the time the order is wrong! So 5 stars to Higley and Elliot !!! I'll be back!! Thank you for your hard work!!!“
“I was shocked at how kind the staff were less than an hour before closing. Abi asked us how we’re doing (and seemed like she actually meant it), and when I asked if they had any shrimp left, I planned to say it was fine if they didn’t. Abi immediately politely asked another staff member to make fresh shrimp just for us, and the staff was talking and joking around while they prepared the food and had good vibes all around. I honestly never expected such a pleasant experience at a Panda Express, but especially not so close to closing. Thank you guys!!“
