She was surprised at how good it was (specially she ordered the orange chicken and cream cheese ragoons). Bree and Natalie were very accommodating when I made special orders, especially towards my senior mother in law. They are fantastic. “I just had the pleasure of experiencing a visit that was beyond delightful, all thanks to Josh! Honestly, if there were a “Customer Service Superhero” award, he’d be at the top of the list!
As soon as I arrived, I spotted him dashing outside like a true champion, returning a forgotten item to a customer. I mean, who doesn’t love a hero who saves the day? Then, he greeted me with a smile that could probably light up a whole city! 😄
But his charm didn’t stop there—he seamlessly jumped in to assist a staff member while still making sure my visit was going smoothly. Talk about multitasking! It’s clear he’s not just a great leader but also a genuinely kind-hearted person who cares about everyone around him.

“So I haven't been to a Panda Express in a very long time, over a year easily. But my kids were really wanting to grab it, so we swung through and got four 3-large plate entrees.
Overall I was surprised how hot and fresh the food was, the portion size and the friendliness of the staff.
We had an issue with our order unfortunately, which was to go.
We got home and were missing an order of orange chicken. I was very frustrated as it was nearly $55 for our order and to get home and be missing an item at 8:30 at night...
So I called and the person made it more than right. He offerred me to come back and get an entire free meal and appetizer. My daughter was very excited to go back today and eat at resturant and have me orange chicken and fortune cookies.
Thank you for fixing our issue with the order and going beyond to make it a good experience after an initial bad one.“
“I was shocked at how kind the staff were less than an hour before closing. Abi asked us how we’re doing (and seemed like she actually meant it), and when I asked if they had any shrimp left, I planned to say it was fine if they didn’t. Abi immediately politely asked another staff member to make fresh shrimp just for us, and the staff was talking and joking around while they prepared the food and had good vibes all around. I honestly never expected such a pleasant experience at a Panda Express, but especially not so close to closing. Thank you guys!!“
