I have been here numerous times with my family and with colleagues. I’m very particular about mexican food as I am from California and this is the best I have found here. The guacamole is super good and we all love the chips and salsa. We have tried the ceviche, flautas, enchiladas, fajitas, and lots of other items and each time they are delicious. There flan and fried ice cream are also our favorites! We can’t wait to go back :)

We LOVE this place! Everything is delicious, but the combo fajitas with shrimp, steak and chicken are my favorite. The guacamole is the best. Mario and his family take pride in their food and service. We drive out of our way to eat here. Our favorite Mexican food restaurant by far!!

I ordered from Rio Rico for the first time today for pickup over the phone. When I got to the restaurant my order was about $15 more than I expected. I checked the menu on the website and my bill and the prices of each entree was almost $3+ more per entree. I brought this to the managers attention and was told that they were aware of this and that when I login it notifies customers. I showed the employees at the front that it does not notify customers of price discrepancies and brought up the menu from the website. She said the menu on the front warns customers, by the following statement on the menu: " WE ARE CURRENTLY WORKING ON OUR NEW WEBSITE TO BETTER SERVE OUR CUSTOMERS." I told the lady at the front that this does not warn customers that prices are wrong on their menu. She just shrugged and didn't really care. For this poor customer service I'm giving this place a 1 star.

Service and food was good. It was our first time visiting this place and we were not disappointed. We sat in the bar area on the booths against the wall. Chips and salsa were served with a side of salsa. I had the #15- 2 chicken tacos, hubby had the chicken fajitas. They both came with rice and beans that I enjoyed with the extra chips I had left over. Drinks were okay. We will try this place again.
