Quick bite on way home was perfect! Always better eating inside so we did! We also enjoy the Agua fresca and fresh brewed tea assortment. Thank you Rubio team, Service was excellent!!

Here for lunch on Thursday afternoon. Restaurant is clean amd inviting. Bell was just fantastic. She was warm, inviting, and very helpful. Marco was also amazing. He was helpful and friendly. Made sure we had everything we need. (Even though I didn't invite him to go to Buc-ee's 😉)

Visited for the first time ever. LOTS of menu options.

I got the double protein bowl (blackened salmon, steak, Spanish rice, black beans, pico, cilantro, a creamy sauce I can't remember)

It was pretty good honestly. I wanted to give 4.5 stars, but that's not an option. I took away half a star because it was quite salty. Overall good though.

I would put it in the same category as California Fish Grill, Chipotle...
