Overall good experience here but not sure about value for money. Two shack burgers (one a double, one a single), three shakes (one fancy and two regular), and three cheese fries for just north of $60. Food was mostly pretty tasty. We loved the shack burgers with the crispy outsides, soft bun, and barely pink inside. Quite a few reviews have mentioned undercooked meat, but that wasn't our experience. Cheese fries were great but if you're paying for cheese, there should be a good amount of cheese. There wasn't really enough. Most of my fries had to go without. I'd just order the regular fries if I went back. Enjoyed the coffee and donuts shake but no real "donut" flavor, just coffee. It was a tasty shake for folks who like coffee. Also enjoyed the regular chocolate shake and the non-dairy chocolate shake. Service was fine. We used the kiosks and asked a person at the counter for more napkins and a knife. He was friendly and helpful. I might return if I were in the area.

We saw this on the morning news and just had to check it out!!! OMG!! What a mistake, do not do it! Over priced nasty tasting food! The fries were the only thing good. We eat out a lot and this is by far the worst hamburger and chicken sandwich we have ever eaten, especially for the price! 4-16, update, thank you for your response, unfortunately we do not plan on going back.

I was given the wrong item in a pick up order. Irritating, but it happens and it’s our fault for not checking them items before leaving the restaurant. So I have to drive the 3.5 miles back and exchange an incorrect sandwich for the one we ordered, no big deal. Except that it took 15 minutes to make the correct sandwich. They took the orders of two customers during this 15 minutes, so they weren’t particularly busy. Neither the employees or the manager who came to check in after noticing I had been standing by the pick up counter for over ten minutes offered an apology for the initial mistake or the long wait.

First time customer.... I ordered for curbside pickup using the app. It seemed a little busy when I arrived the app said they would be bringing out my food shortly. After 15 min I clicked "Still waiting?" button in the app. It said to go inside and they will rush to complete your order. It was sitting on the counter. Employee said "Oh, our curbside tablet doesn't work. But your order just came out.". When I got home 4 min later, my food was cold. Looked at the receipt on the bag and it had already been sitting on the counter for 18 min when he handed it to me.The food might be good when it's hot. Not so good cold. Nothing in the app about curbside not being available, no sign outside saying come inside for curbside pickup.

Chicken bites had a little too much salt in the batter but was very tender. The shake sauce was hard to enjoy with the salty chicken. The avocado in the burger was little under ripe but the rest of the burger was decent. The bun was soft and meat juicy. The summer time lemonade was pretty tart but I’m sure would be better as a 50/50 (basically and Arnold Palmer). Menu options and ordering system are relatively simple to use. The service was polite and tentative. Open seating was nice.

This shake shack was so kind and quick service! I ordered on the iPad but it wasn’t quite going through. They offered to place the order for me at the front within minutes. We got our food and forgot to order the draft root beer and they brought it out free of charge! The root beer was so delicious and was such quality root beer. When we got our order I got the single cheeseburger instead of the chicken sandwich that I wanted. When I brought it up to them they immediately started making my sandwich with a smile on their face. The attitude and atmosphere here was so kind and willing to help and made our family feel known and cared for!!

This was my first time trying Shake Shack, which I had heard has better burgers than In-n-Out. My burger was good, with some nice crispy bits around the edge of the patty, but unfortunately the patty was pretty thin for my taste. Well seasoned burger with a nice bun, and I did really enjoy the crispy, crispy fries. My favorite part of this experience was actually the novelty of sitting in a fast food restaurant with a chandelier! What?! Why did no one mention this to me? I kind of loved the whole vibe they were going for inside, an industrial look warmed up with some wood and fancy lighting. I think it elevated the experience, as cliche as that sounds. I would go back but I might skip the burger to try something else next. Some of their seasonal options looked interesting.

So the past 2 times I have taken my family here we have all experienced pink burgers! Even when we requested all of them to be well done! The first time I asked them to at least cook the burgers for my children again so they can eat. However for the second time again tonight the same thing pink burgers! Shake shack honestly used to be one of our favorite places and for this to happen again really makes me not want to return. It ruined so much and just gave me an my family an icky feeling. I wish they would cook their burgers. Because it's okay for a little pink but almost all the burger be raw and pink like that is a bit much. it almost seems like a burner isn't cooking then enough. Because it will be fully cooked in some areas and others almost raw. Please fix this issue! I really love this place but I it's not worth the money we give to them not eat because the burger was pink!

Today I visited Shake Shack in San Tan Village and ordered four different items from their menu. I am overall extremely disappointed as one of the items I received was completely raw which I noticed after taking one bite. This disgusted me and ruined my entire experience for the remaining items. The meat was extremely undercooked posing a serious and dangerous health risk. I have attached photos of the raw item for reference. I hope they pay closer attention to food preparation in the future. I will most definitely not be back.
