I have noticed that at this location and other locations, that when you order your food, if you opt out on leaving a tip. All of the ordered food item prices jump up by 50 cents. The food is decent but definitely overpriced.
The food is always good but my gosh please tell your workers to read the receipt and the items that come on the screen so they don’t forget the shack sauce. It’s literally on the receipt. They do it every single time. It has to be on purpose at this point
The only reason atmosphere gets a 4 stars is because it was crowded. I don't if that's there fault or not but the food is so good, I don't blame them for being crowded. I like the vibe of the place, its sharp, clean and quick. The burgers are smashed like but still meaty. Go its good. I had in Japan too and it was just as good. I don't know how they got there but that's cool.
