Amazing immersive experience from the moment you walk in! They had a book if drinks you could order from and out bartender Kyle was so helpful and talented when making our drinks. Any drink can be turned into a mocktail and they are just as delicious! We did make a reservation and were seated right away when we got there. UnderTow is my new favorite cocktail place!
Very Disneyland. The experience is cool however I probably won't go back. Premium price drinks, very busy. Had time for 1 drink before my voyage was over (or whatever phrase they use to get you out for the next reservation) That was partially my fault, and partially the fact they were so busy.
This is hands-down the classiest tiki bar I've ever been to! (I only visited the bar area, not the restaurant.) The music and ocean sounds are relaxing. The lighting effects are subtle but on point. Hand carved wood and other elements...the atmosphere truly inspires a feeling of journeying to another realm. Staff is friendly. Bartender, Chris, is personable, knowledgeable and loves tiki.
