“The atmosphere and service were lovely. The food was all tasty. My only disappointment is that while I appreciate that they are serving pan-African food, there is a lack of authenticity in some dishes. The flatbread is pita bread but called chapati, two very different types of flat bread. Dairy, dips, and cheeses don’t play much of a role in traditional East, West or South African cuisine and I was hoping for more regional African influence when I took my work team there on a recent visit to Phoenix. The food and experience were enjoyable and I would go back, but reset my expectations to include the more broad interpretation of the restaurant concept.“

“The food is so good, I LOVE the okra soup so much. I don’t like how the serving size is very small and the price is too high. You pay a lot of money for a small portion meal. But I would be returning, hopefully I can tell them to add extra soup next time.“

Aaron who took our order was the best and made sure everything went smoothly. My kids love eating here and we will definitely be back whenever we make a trip to the valley. Worth the drive!!“

“Uh - they didn't have any way to share what's on the menu. I mean I forgot to bring my smart device to download their app, and the menu board just kept flashing pages lithe with suggestion. It looked pretty low down, and I couldn't get a breath or conjure an air as to why I was there. Much aplomb!
