What a nice place to have some lunch! The young lady behind the counter was very sweet. We always have the same thing no matter what Vietnamese restaurant we go to. The food here was very good. I had the Grilled Pork Vermicelli and my daughter had the Spring Rolls and the Chai Gio. We will be back if we are ever in the area again.
Had oxtail pho there. It was the best I ever had.
The meet falls off the bone , and the flavor was very good.
Everything was clean.

Amy Pho is a nice place to have some lunch. The young lady behind the counter was very sweet. The food was very good, including the Grilled Pork Vermicelli, Spring Rolls, and the Chai Gio. The oxtail pho was the best ever had, with meat that falls off the bone and very good flavor. Everything was clean. Staff was friendly and food was superb. The pho broth is really good, with firm noodles and plenty of basil and bean sprouts. The vermicelli was also really good. Service was great. Combo pho and vermicelli bowl with Vietnamese coffee are available. It is an anchor Asian restaurant in Happy Valley, a quick trip from Verde Valley, and a worthy rest stop off of I-17. Fast, friendly, affordable, with beautiful fresh quality and presentation. Clean place, comfy seating. Pho broth is on the lighter colored, less salty side. Pride of ownership. The food was great as well as the customer service.
