I would say that the food was horrible -- if we were ever served any. I would say the tea was too strong, or the soda was flat, or the water tasted like fish had swum in it -- if we were ever given any. I would say the server was atrocious -- if we had ever seen one. I would have spoken to a manager -- if we were gluttons for punishment. I would have given this purported food purveyor zero stars -- if only we had the option. Avoid having to be "iffy": Avoid Babbo's.

We went for dinner on 3/9. The waitress was rude and with an attitude. Every time I asked for the status of my order after waiting for more 30 min it felt like I was bothering her. When I spoke to the manager on duty , her answer was “ well they are busy” . I know they are busy are but that doesn’t mean one had to be rude about it. Great food but needs to work on providing better customer service .

Went here for dinner one night and had a really good time! Only a minimal wait to get to a table which was nice on a Saturday. Food came very quick and tasted fresh and hot. Service was good overall but I could have used it refill a bit quicker and would have liked to pay the bill a little faster as well but these are all easy things to get to. Happy to eat here and we'll definitely be back.

Been dining and ordering takeout from the Arrowhead location since they first opened. Last few times we ate here the quality and quantity have gone downhill while prices jumped considerably. On Sunday Feb,12, around 2:00pm, we called in an order for a calzone and single item regular pizza. Understanding it would be busy due to the Super Bowl, we were told it would be a 20-25 minute wait. When we arrived within the time frame, the line was out the door for takeout orders, one person handling all the orders, dining room had one occupied table and waitresses standing around. By the time we got to the register to pick up, we noticed what looked like our order in someone else's hands, which happened to be true. When we got home, the pizza was way undercooked, even thought we asked for it to be well done, and had almost no sauce on it and very little sausage and cheese. The calzone, which we decided to eat for lunch the next day, was basically hollow with little ingredients as well. Both items were very cold, as if sitting for a while. We had to add our own marinara to the pizza and finish cooking it. For $45, we should have just gotten a couple of frozen pizzas at Safeway next door for a third of the price. We understand they were having a take out special, but if they can't handle the specials and other orders, they should not be running them. We usually buy a few hundreds of dollars of gift cards to give away or keep each year, but with the past few experiences, this may it for us. Sad to say.
