My husband and I went to visit this location on Dec 1 at 8:57pm and we were with a party of 6 of us and the second we entered the girl that greeted us was asking if we were ready to order and we said not yet because we were waiting for our friends and she told us well we close in an hour and we said ok Then she went back and rolled her eyes and told the other worker something and the other worker came to tell us the same thing that they were closing in an hour with attitude we said ok but they had really bad attitude so we decided to leave , very bad service and attitude. Don’t recommend

Inconsistent toppings each time I order the same pizza….my usual order is thin crust,light sauce,tomato and extra mushrooms….it’s never the same between orders…toppings proportions are almost always different each time

Everytime I ordered pizza. There is no sauce. There is no sauce dry pizza with cheese and pepperoni. Why won’t they change it. Food tastes like refrigeration taste
I love Barro's pizza, but this time around, the app stated 35 minutes for pick-up. I showed up almost 10 mins before pick-up time and my food was sitting on the pick-up shelf behind registers. Food was cold and mozzarella sticks almost a solid block of cheese. So if i would have came at exact time for pick-up, my food would've been sitting there longer out in the open. Someone needs to fix their online app times for pick-up.

This place has a great atmosphere it’s so welcoming and the workers are so friendly always willing to help to make sure you are comfortable here. The only reason I did not leave a 5 star review on the food is that sometimes they add some unwanted ingredients, but removing it, it taste delicious
Came in to pickup an online order 10/14 at 11 am. Ordered extra cheese on pizza, did not get extra cheese. Ordered extra meatballs on spaghetti, di not get extra meatballs. Sub par service and food.

Door Dash Took over an Hour to deliver, Pizza was cold, even after contacting Dasher and telling them if it’s cold take it back to Barros to remake, they went the WRONG”Farther”Direction!! Lettuce on garden salad wilted and bad! Pizza WAS Cold when delivered!
