The waitress took our order and never ever came back !! She never brought us fries or refill on our sodas and water! I had to ask the bartender that walked by if he could bring us fries and never did! He walked by again and I asked again and he never did! I asked another guy cleaning tables if he could please bring us fries and he said yes, he never did !! We had no ketchup and I asked some worker walking by and she never did !! Great food & very friendly staff
Quite literally THE WORST service i think I may have ever had. We always tip generously, usually 25% or more at minimum, and for the 1st time ever, I felt compelled to leave a $0 tip. Hostess rolled her eyes after i declined her offer to bar seating even if we had to wait longer. Got seated and our server came and took our order. Never saw her again.
