Harlee is an outstanding employee. She gets customer service and making it right. I had a leak in my cup yesterday and casually brought it up because I was so sad that half ended up in my cup holder and I wanted every last drop! I was not expecting anything to be done because it already happened - Harlee comped my drink this AM!...

I love coming to Black Rock because of the Fuel options, but the service at this location has gone down significantly. Having 2 people working during peak hours is not only unfair to your customers but also to your staff. I waited in the drive thru line for 25 minutes with only 4 cars ahead of me. More and more often this location seems to have issues with staffing. I don’t have time to wait 25 minutes in a drive thru before work.
