Emily!! Was the ONLY nice person she was working drive thru window. The one taking orders was rude and there was 2 other girls rude as well and I notice them being rude to the girl Emily. I understand it’s 10:50am but no reason to act that way. Thank again Emily you were very sweet!!!

I had an amazing experience at Black Rock Coffee thanks to a young man named Jackson. It was raining when I pulled up and he was incredibly patient, kind, and professional. He listened to what I was looking for and even made a suggestion—honestly, the coffee turned out way better than I expected.

Why do you guys never use the speaker to take orders? Or the other drive thru lane? Theres 8 cars in line and you guys are taking orders 1 by 1 at the window. Been in line for 20 minutes. This happens every time I come here.
