I was visiting from Ohio and my aunt came across this place on social media, we came to check it out and it was AMAZING!! Coffee is delicious, the sourdough is fresh, and the pastries are so good. The service was beyond great, everyone there is very sweet. If I could give 10 stars I would! Definitely check this place out, I’ll be making this place a regular stop when I come visit Arizona in the future!
The coffee at Blue Corn Cafe & Bakery was absolutely outstanding. You can tell right away they take pride in what they serve. The coffee was smooth, rich, and full of flavor without being overly bitter — the kind of cup that actually makes you slow down and enjoy it instead of just drinking caffeine for a boost. Everything tasted fresh and well-crafted, and the cozy atmosphere made the experience even better.

Excellent breakfast choices. The quiche was superb. And the Americana coffee was perfect. We received special treatment as first time visitors, and we were offered a nice chocolate strawberry pastry-no charge. Will certainly return here again.
