Lupe the manager at the arrow head mall was very customer oriented! He was very supportive in helping find the right sweetness of the drink all the while being so kind. It made me feel very comfortable since I’m very picky about my food and introverted. He even made few samples for me! I think it was the best customer service experience I’ve had in a while. 10/10
First time I ever had boba, it was here, and I FELL IN LOVE. That was three years ago and they’ve since taken my favorite drink off the menu, so I have to modify a different drink to replicate it. That usually makes me nervous, but Subin was so nice and made my drink exactly the way I wanted! Very social-anxiety friendly👍
