Every drink is sooo yummy! This time I tried the “sly chai” and added coffee instead of black tea. They let me try it first to see if I liked it. Great customer service here!
Boba Tea Company at Arrowhead Mall is a fantastic spot for yummy drinks and superb customer service. The drinks are always delicious, no matter wha you try. The customer service is outstanding, and shoutout to Lupe, who helped me today! He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made the experience even better. Highly recommend
Very good customer service especially from the new guy Shawn he’s great at recommendations and he’s really nice and chill and we related a lot to things with small talk
