If you go there during the high volume traffic times good luck if you go there just before lunch in the Drive-Thru it's pretty good and efficient but yesterday I went there during the prime hours after the drive-thru did not budge for the first 10 minutes I decided to go inside over 5 minutes no one even bothered to make eye contact with me let alone acknowledge I was the only one by the register. The one time I did go through the drive-thru just eat for lunch they were efficient...
Dani, Henry and Jaqueline are the best burgerking has to offer. I came to this location twice this week Saturday and Tuesday Saturday was a little busy but have no fear these 3 employees were on top of it greeting everyone who walked in taken orders getting food out fast and hot. Tuesday when I came you guys had the dragon ball promotion , things were crazy Henry and Winter kept there heads delivering excellent service in the midst of a shitstorm you guys RULE I WILL ALWAYS COME...
I ordered a big bundle family meal & they forgot to pack 3 of my cheeseburgers. I went back & a very Awesome Lady, im guessing manager. Said she was hoping id come back for them & then she said ill give you a little something & opened her frig door & gave me a HERSHEYS PIE SLICE!!! I have nothing but good to say about her & she is a Awesome asset to your company!!!
