Burros & Fries - Glendale Az

I got the Cali shrimp burro and got violently ill with food poisoning. Everything else I have had from there has been amazing.

Just when you think you can't be surprised by yet "another burrito spot". Let me tell you about this place, IT WAS WELL WORTH THE DRIVE TO GLENDALE AZ FROME MESA AZ! We all had the Cali burrito (my wife, my son and myself) and the very first thing that stood out to me is the Asada and the beans right away! It gave me a feeling of me having this before and missing something I didn't know I was missing. Sounds corny but true. Excited to come back and try other things on the menu.
P.S. also had a potato taco...AMAZING and they also have Jarritos.

The place is great for its amazing service but the main complaint is that their steak for their burrito seems like it’s saturated in oil with no type of seasoning bitting in to it was nauseating. Don’t think I’ll be getting that type of burrito again. (Edit) after seeing other post about other foods here they all equate them being bland and flavorless. I would waste your time here.

I had the surf and turf burrito and it was delicious and fulfilling. It was decently sized, i had half and saved the rest for the next day. The girl in the front was very helpful and nice and i got my food pretty quick.

The food is usually good but y’all need to chill with the prices. Don’t California our Arizona! I used to eat the SD chicken bowl a couple times a week when the price wasn’t ridiculous. It used to be about $10 pre-inflation, then about $13 for the past couple years up until last month, which I was okay with. But today it was almost $15 with taxes and it barely had any guacamole. No thanks! Not worth it anymore. The extra $2 you are making per order won’t be worth the amount of money you were making through regular customers, which I predict you will soon lose. Mark my words. Done with this place ✌️

So disappointed in this place! We went the first week it opened I had a Cali Bowl with grilled chicken, it was fantastic! The salad filled the entire container lots of lettuce, cheese and tomatoes, chicken a really good salad. Tonight I ordered the same thing, it was the worse salad I have ever eaten! The contents were barely half full.The chicken tastes like rubber and like it was deep fried greasy not grilled. Maybe 6 strands of lettuce, no tomatoes, so greasy I couldn't eat it. The prices are very over priced for what you get. The staff is unfriendly, never talk except to each other, and god forbid they say Thank you,or your welcome! My daughter had a shrimp Cali Burro.. horrible! Rubber shrimp no flavor, all french fries inside, no cheese nothing! Stale tortilla and small (Maybe something new for the menu) French Fry Burro! We will never be back here... Horrible Customer service, Food, and Price!

I recently visited and had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru. The brunette employee acted as though she didn’t want to be there, which was reflected in her attitude and the fact that our $70 order was incorrect. While the blonde employee stepped in and handled the situation better, it didn’t entirely make up for the poor initial service. It’s frustrating to spend that much money and not receive the quality or attention to detail expected. Staff attitude and order accuracy need serious improvement.

Went through the drive thru today
Ordered “Surf n turf fries”
Asked for green sauce, got what looks like Red sauce
Had to blow the car horn a few time a to get the attendants attention,
Gave me same sauce again
Get home and no shrimp!
The receipt said carne asada fries
Called on the phone, asked for a manager, no manager on duty, asked who I was speaking to , was told “Not allowed to identify myself” wow
Left my number and asked if the manager would call me.
“Daniela” was in the receipt, I suspect that’s who I spoke with on the phone!
This place is going downhill quick
1st they raised their prices for the upcoming Super Bowl, now this?
Just wow
Customer service doesn’t exist!

Been getting Menudo here for 2yrs n Tonight was the worse i ever tried. Taste like it was water down n they forgot all the added ingredients 🤦🏻‍♀️ n we waited forever because they had to prep it. So what did you prep? Since u forgot everything that I needed. I added some onions bt still not the same.

I came in yesterday and I got a breakfast burrito(chorizo and egg) and my son got a kid’s quesadilla. It was really good just wish they added more stuff the burrito without the up charge. Customer service was good. The girl in red hair was really nice. She was patient with me while taking my order and even recommended some food items. I will be coming again and I’ll bring my husband too

Burros and Fries is one of our go to spots for breakfast since we work at home. The drive thru can sometimes get busy but the service has overall been good and the food has never let us down.
