I thought a rumba was a dance. No dancing or lively party here. Just good Mexican food. It is a neighborhood restaurant. Probably not a chain. Plenty of diners, but not full. I observed a steady stream of take out orders. I would compare it to a Rubio's.
I live across town, but the family that invited me eats here alot. I rated it a 4 star because of limited choice of salsa. There Baja Sauce was excellent.

The cafe is hard to find. It's on the backside of the bank.

I had the Mexican pizza. It takes longer to prepare than other meals but it's very good.

It seems to be a popular spot for lunch.

This has been a stable of ours for well over a decade. The nachos are always great. The pork is excellent. And the kids love the cinnamon tortillas you get with the kids meal. Absolutely amazing
