I love this location! The food is consistently great, the staff are all friendly and helpful, shout out to Philip! The restaurant is also kept very clean. They get food out in a timely manner without sacrificing quality. Lots of great options to choose from and you'll see smiling faces at the register. Stop by if you haven't yet!

Ordered the beef flauta plate..The flautas were cold, no crunch to them at all..They were definitely not FRESH as well as the chips weren't fresh either ... they were stale...Also ordered some nachos cheese that was very pricey for just a lil container of cheese ...$4.16..Was very disappointed with the quality of the food...For being Carolina's... you all definitely did not live up to the quality of the food...I won't b goin there to get food anymore...The best thing on the plate was the beans...& everyone was nice...& Salsa could hotter....

First visit. Friends said it was great so we went as a family & wasn't sure what to expect. I should have read reviews before going to be prepared. Food was good and service was friendly. Lots of choices. I had the street tacos which were really good, just a bit soggy. Beans and rice were good as well. It's not really a restaurant. It's more of a fast food to go and they provide places for you to sit if you want to eat there. Food is served in to go boxes but they do bring it to your table if eating there. Tables were dirty and all the trash bins were overflowing, but it was a busy Saturday night. Really had the Mexico feeling to it, so it was enjoyable in a sense. Prepare your expectations accordingly.

I've been a long time Carolina's customer. On Sundays we would take a big pot and wait in line for Menudo. Best tortillas in Arizona, next to my Nana's. If you're looking for some good Mexican food you won't be disappointed.
