The food is always amazing BUT today everything seemed cold. We still ate it but it tasted cold. We were a bit disappointed. I believe in second chances and we will come back again.

I have been coming to this place for a very long time. The staff is great, Noemi and Izzy go above and beyond to make sure you have a wonderful experience here. Red chili is my favorite, but some days I like to chow down on the red beef tamales. Thank you Carolina's for always filling me with great food.

As an accidental traveler of space & time, I’ve stumbled here from centuries ahead. My original mission was clear: To investigate the past & observe firsthand the events that led to the catastrophic 'Big One.' However, amidst the chaos of temporal displacement, I awakened upon an unexpected anomaly - Carolina's Mexican Restaurant. I was greeted with something called the Oaxaca Burrito.
