Chick has the driver thru experience figured out. They have people meeting you at the entrance to the drive thru and they take your order and have you pay for it before you get to the window. Pure genius! This saves a lot of time and you get your food faster. My hats off to them. Thank you.

Normally, at this location, I have really great experiences but the last couple of times that I have used their new mobile drive-through lane It’s been kind of lacking. There’s no person that stands on the mobile through side so you have to scan a QR code and with no person being there, you can’t ask for sauce you can’t add to your order and then it seems to be slower than the regular lane for some reason so it ends up taking longer, and I feel like that kind of defeats...

I always love these fast food restaurants because they make them super nice on the inside and clean, but the customer service is always fantastic and they always pick the best workers for their places. I really wish the other fast foods would take a hint from places like this and should love customers and take care of them. Thank you so much.
