“Great spot for some amazing flavorful food and tasty drinks. This restaurant is right next to Changing Hands bookstore and is pretty easy to find and plenty of parking. We had a reservation so didn't have to wait but it was pretty crowded on a Sunday afternoon. We had the pesto pasta and a large salad that we split. The food was really delicious, different flavors, and everything tasted very fresh. It did get pretty loud with the amount of people in there but would be a great spot for dinner or lunch with friends and good for kids.“
“I'm a regular at this place and let me tell you: It's a cool spot. Homemade meals taste like your mom made them herself. Mamma Spencer, that is. A nice atmosphere, smells like vanilla burbon and is a comfy temperature. Very safe and alcohol is prohibited, so you know it's family friendly.Chef specializes in poached eggs on toast and chocolate milk, so I suggest you try that out next time you're there! It may not seem like it at first, but this is a great place to just go and hang out. Staff is friendly and feels like family. Regulars like me love meeting new people and sharing the food!“

“I want to start off by saying thank you for the experience. The food was amazing, flavors were all hitting the spot and left full with full plate lol. Portions more than I could ask for and prices have been the same and low to me especially with everything else going up. Made me and the family feel like home and last just want to add that the customer service really make it all come together , A1 and couldn’t ask for more thanks again! Highly recommend.“

“I love that Angel's Naijinp cuisine represents the rich Nigerian flavored.in Phoenix!. Coming from New York where you can get any type of food at any time, it is refreshing to see the ethnicity out here. The owner Angel , is welcoming and so warm. She allows people to sample before they buy. If they are new to this type of palette. The restaurant is small and cozy and reminds me of one of the personal restaurants in NY. Only. It's on the streets of Phoenix 😁“

“The waiter was really nice. The nachos were far from the best we’ve ever had but we were hungry so we ate it all. Overall they did have a decent amount of vegetarian options on the menu u but none of them were entrees. We recommend adding a veggie burger.“

“This is my second time dining here. Had to start with a watermelon margarita. Erica was my waitress this time as well. Phenomenal service, great atmosphere, and the food was better this time around so I had to write a review. The sirloin was juicy and tender, the croissants were flaky and delicious as usual, and the cheese curds were an excellent choice for an appetizer. My wife got the bourbon salmon and shrimp, also very good. Always stop here when I’m in the area. Last time I had the Monte Cristo, still an okay choice but the steak was better.“
