“I'm a regular at this place and let me tell you: It's a cool spot. Homemade meals taste like your mom made them herself. Mamma Spencer, that is. A nice atmosphere, smells like vanilla burbon and is a comfy temperature. Very safe and alcohol is prohibited, so you know it's family friendly.Chef specializes in poached eggs on toast and chocolate milk, so I suggest you try that out next time you're there!It may not seem like it at first, but this is a great place to just go and hang out. Staff is friendly and feels like family. Regulars like me love meeting new people and sharing the food!“

“Good drink prices for Happy Hour. Most of us ordered the Chicken Parm. The side of Orzo rice and mushrooms was especially good. Kids liked the pizza because they ate all of it. A good indication of its quality.
Nice 7th Street location. Glad that area is thriving with restaurants and continues to be a perfect stop.“

“I love that Angel's Naijinp cuisine represents the rich Nigerian flavored.in Phoenix!. Coming from New York where you can get any type of food at any time, it is refreshing to see the ethnicity out here. The owner Angel , is welcoming and so warm. She allows people to sample before they buy. If they are new to this type of palette. The restaurant is small and cozy and reminds me of one of the personal restaurants in NY. Only. It's on the streets of Phoenix 😁“

“So far the best service we’ve ever had at a restaurant! Jeff and Lee have the best personalities and definitely make you feel very welcomed and we’re very efficient. They checked to see on how we were doing but not in any annoying way. They made sure our food restrictions were taken seriously and everything tasted great! Very very satisfied customers!“

“We had the huevos rancheros and the lemon ricotta pancakes. Both were amazing. We had a very nice quiet breakfast other than the bad acoustics in the room and somebody dropped several dishes so that was kind of loud But other than that, it was amazing“

“Great spot for some amazing flavorful food and tasty drinks. This restaurant is right next to Changing Hands bookstore and is pretty easy to find and plenty of parking. We had a reservation so didn't have to wait but it was pretty crowded on a Sunday afternoon. We had the pesto pasta and a large salad that we split. The food was really delicious, different flavors, and everything tasted very fresh. It did get pretty loud with the amount of people in there but would be a great spot for dinner or lunch with friends and good for kids.“
