Free cone day March 19, 3 hours till closing and they went around saying they aren’t doing free small cones anymore. Mind you, we have been waiting in line for an hour. Totally against DQ website/rules for the free icecream. After reading reviews it seems like management is just consistently terrible.

Terrible service! I waited an hour in the drive thru before I could I could even make an order! It’s supposed to be fast food for a reason but when you move slower than my dead grandmother it makes you wonder

Worst experience i have ever had. I have gone to this location for 30 years and this will be my last visit. I went in to order 3 meals each with ice cream, started with a 3-5 minute wait for someone to even acknowledge i was standing there. Travis took my order and couldn't get one thing right. And apparently I look like I can eat 3 meals and 3 ice creams after I specifically told him my order was to go (edit: adding i say this because sitting at the table by myself they made my order for dine in). The place was a mess, cups all over the floor. Absolutely disgusting.

The only positive thing I will say, Yaya was the only one who was polite to me. Please give her a promotion! She kept apologizing and stopped everything to help me.

Waited for 20 min for large sprinkled of reeses blizzard. They were were polite but you do not get your money worth.

Everytime I've come to this location, my order is always wrong. I never ask for peanutbutter blizzards, but I keep getting peanutbutter blizzards... I asked for a VANILLA shake!

Drive-Thru was pretty busy tonight but they were handling it like rockstars. Only customer in the store was me course. They rocked that out of the park too. Thanks guys. The blizzards were the best 😋

Dairy Queen always has decent treats and fresh hot food. The employees here are always nice and it always seems really clean. Our fam highly prefers dq over the king of the clown.

I did not eat from DQ since 2019 because I was outside the state and now I got back I don’t see that many locations as before and when I had my first meal today , it was the same delicious taste as I left in 2019 and the staff are professionals and clean. ❤️❤️❤️

I swear this is a hidden gem 💎 😂🤣 I go thru this area all the time thru 59 Avenue and I have never seen it! But thanks to Google I found the nearest DQ for my cravings 😍 well, the atmosphere was beautiful specially on this time of the year “they have out done them self” with so much Christmas decorations and holiday music “beautiful”!!!!! It was a very clean DQ, the banana split was not perfect but it was still good 🤣💯 ice cream is ice scream to me lol 🤣 🍦

While the food is good, when you can get it. This location is notoriously slow. The drive thru is closed often, and today they didn't have the ability to make any food. It's always something with this location.
