The cashiers just stare at you, they don't take your order inside, they only give priority to those who order outside and you have to tell them to please take your order, otherwise they don't even speak to you to take it, they have a big face.

Placed an order at 4:54pm for 2 chicken strip baskets 6pc. Should have came with 4 gravy’s in bag. They finally had the order done at 5:25pm. Keep in mind, I was inside the lobby. Well, after waiting 30 minutes, got my food home, no gravy’s in bag! The gravy is the main thing I want with chicken tenders. Ridiculous service. I called them to let them know there was no gravy, but they didn’t care. They were busy she said. The food is already way overpriced, at least get the order right. My goodness.

They will literally wait you out until you leave in the drive thru. You can see the employees inside, they can see you, the automated message plays when you pull up, they just ignore you until you leave.

So sad, I know we got there late, but if you work in customer service, it is imperative to have a good attitude.
We were at the counter for about 5 minutes without being acknowledged with 4 individuals behind the counter. Noel, the supervisor, took our order, but she was not pleasant at all. The way she asked was very rude, and the way she delivered the order was also rude. at the end, all I had to say was, guys, a smile goes a long way.
It is so easy to be courteous.
If there is a store manager, it would be great to ask the employees to acknowledge customers as they walk in. It doesn't take much to say, please wait a minute or I will be with you shortly....

For fast food, the burgers and chicken taste fresh made on the grill. Went inside for take out and was very clean and nice set up if wanting to eat inside. Friendly servers.

Multiple times being here and every time it’s a 30 minute wait for 5 cars. Efficiency is not this locations strength. If you are on a time crunch or just in general don’t feel like waiting as long as you would at an actual restaurant, I’d go elsewhere.
