Rude customer service. Attitude because i told them they didn't give us the right order. The employee was rude and slamming items of mine all cause she offered to make a new one cause order was wrong. Literally threw the ice cream towards me. Asked to speak to manager she refused to let me speak to one. She Stated that she was slamming items cause she had one broken arm.. if any one should have a attitude shoulda been me cause I came home to wrong order and had to drive all the way back for this!? I was nice when it was her fault

You guys have the worst employees I have ever met they are disrespectful there slow and then as i was ordering my food one of the employees there name was nick he walked away while i was ordering but there was one employee that was respectful and nice she helped took my order her name tag said simya but when i confronted him about walking away while i was ordering he told me to shut up and go to hell I will never order from here again😡

Always a great experience when it comes to the food. ALWAYS a long wait in the drive through. 20+ mins. Don’t go if you are on a time crunch

We ordered blizzards for pickup and arrived at the time specified. The blizzards were melted, when we asked for them to please remake them they literally closed the window in my husband’s face.

Three customers inside and two cars in drive-through, and we still had to wait 20 minites more for an online order, looks like they can’t handle 5 orders!

I stood 6 minutes in front of the cashier, and nobody asked me nothing, i mean we where 3 in line, they just passed us and ignored us! Really nice Dairy Queen!!
