I had a Jones for french fries and onion rings today. When I got there, I was advised they are sold out of onion rings. Well that's the way it goes no big deal. I got the fries, but as I was leaving the staff said they found some rings for a full order. Rings were on the house. What??? I truly appreciate the customer service and the rings (and fries) were delicious.

Order 2 blizzards Togo, one was a Oreo Hot fudge blizzard and the other one was the caramel cheesecake blizzard , I added cookie dough to it, but when I started eating at home , their were no cookie dough at all and got charged for it. I originally tried to order a Georgia Mud Fudge Blizzard but the youngs working their didn't know what kinda blizzard it was and said that they didn't have it. Blizzards we're all liquid when I got them from the Cashier. This isn't the way that blizzards should be made,

I was looking forward to the chicken basket dinner.I was sadly disappointed that it had an aftertaste of old oils both the fries and the chicken Harley edible. I’ll try a few more times to see if I can get the chicken strip basket like I remember it, but please change the oil.

The worst service ever, waited for 15 minutes before I even was asked what was needed then waited longer for them to even start making my order. They do not wear gloves when they're handling the register, the window and your food. I went and recommend this location. I went and give them a star but yelp makes you Left without items. Did not ask for refund

Extremely inconsistent with how the employees handle drivethru. I was told I had to pull around, so they could give the customer behind me their food. Employee didn't even look to see there was 2 customers waiting, one of which hadn't even ordered. So I was now forced to wait for an extra car, simply because they can't manage their line properly.

Ordered a Banana split the ice cream was in the container was hard it wasPre made before I even got there it was not even edible it was so hard you got to wait for it to melt I just threw it away.I get get the orders out efficiently but the topping were not warm to kinda soften it up wasted 6.60 on that POS
