The food was cold and not fresh, very upsetting. We weren't able to even order a burger meal, and we will never go back to this place. I feel bad for the girl though, she was working alone.
This location is a joke. By far the worst del taco in Phoenix/Glendale do yourself a favor and go to another location.

They always mess up my orders and they don't care crappie service need better staff had to drive back more than one occasion forgotten food or messed up orders I just had enough of this location management needs to step up and get new staff or make them get it together

We will never go to this location again. I got a half pound green burrito and my husband got a hard shell chicken taco. We got home and the tortilla was stale and hard, and the beans were so watery and bland, no flavor at all. They also gave a soft taco when we ordered a hard taco. The biggest disappointment was the quality of the food which has gone way down.

Pretty terrible. Ordered through the app and put some customizations to the food and every one was ignored. When we get there they tell us no shakes too. Bad experience won't be back for awhile....
